The Special General Meeting on Tuesday 28th April 2009 was, by members requisition, to consider the following motions:
1. Vote of no confidence in John Armstrong-Holmes
2. Vote of no confidence in Eric Kerry
3.That John Armstrong-Holmes be removed from the Trust Board
4. That Eric Kerry be removed from the Trust Board
5. That John Armstrong-Holmes be removed from the Club Board and the Trust be directed to call a meeting of Blenheim 1862 to effect this removal should it not be forthcoming
6. That Eric Kerry be removed from the Club Board and the Trust be directed to call a meeting of Blenheim 1862 to effect this removal should it not be forthcoming

All motions were therefore defeated.
A total of 209 members attended the meeting.
There were 39 proxy votes cast at the meeting by people who had been nominated, other than the Chair. These votes appear in the results for the meeting vote.
The Chair was nominated as a proxy by 122 members, all of whom directed him to vote in a particular way. These votes are listed separately for completeness.
A total of 1024 members were eligible to vote, of these 521 were notified by post and 503 were notified by email.
The 370 total votes cast equates to a turnout of 36%. This compares to the only previous SGM in 2006 (to ratify the majority shareholding when 255 votes were cast on a 20% turnout).
Eric Kerry will continue in his current term as Supporter Director, due to end summer 2011, and as a Trust Board member, due to end at the next AGM.
John Armstrong-Holmes will continue in his current term as Supporter Director, due to end summer 2010, and as a Trust Board member, due to end at the 2010 AGM.
