Holiday Of A Lifetime - Annual Raffle 2004
A
lifelong Notts County fan is set for a holiday of a lifetime as the
winner of the first prize in the Notts County Supporters Trust Annual
Raffle for 2004.Mr Leonard Daykin
was presented with his prize on the pitch at half time during the FA Cup
tie against Middlesborough on 8th January at Meadow Lane. |

Trust 1st Birthday - Gary Mills Joins - 5th April
As
Notts County Supporters Trust celebrates its first anniversary, current
Notts County Manager Gary Mills has shown his commitment to the organisation
by becoming the latest member of the Trust.Gary
Mills says:
“It’s an honour to be asked to join the Trust as I’m a fan as well as the
Manager. I care deeply about this Club and I’m glad to be a part of
something that helps to secure its future”.

Iran Earthquake Collection
Notts
County Supporters Trust is helped to organise a bucket collection at the
Plymouth match (6th March) for the victims of the terrible earthquake in
Iran, which happened last Boxing Day.
The Lord Mayor of Nottingham recently gave his backing to the appeal, local
businessman and member of Council, Mo Munir, then approached the Trust to
ask for their help, the Trust didn’t hesitate to say yes.
A total of £452.59 was collected. Many thanks to all those who
contributed.

Steve Scoffham
The
Supporters Trust played an important role in helping to bring Steve Scoffham
to Meadow Lane from non-league Gedling Town through a £5,000 sponsorship
deal. It is hugely encouraging then that Steve did not have to wait long to
make his Football League debut, coming off the substitutes’ bench in the 4-1
victory over Stockport and then in the 3-2 win at Brentford.

Ocean Colour Scene - Signed Guitar Auction Has Ended
This
signed guitar has been generously donated by Ocean Colour Scene and is
signed by all the current members of the band. It was used by Steve Cradock
on the bands recent tour of Ireland.The auction has
now ended with the winning bid of £730 from a "Massive OCS" in Alaska, USA.
Many thanks to the band and also to
Guitar Base in
West Bridgford for supplying the packaging. |
CHELSEA
SHIRTSThe auction of signed match shirts kindly
donated by Chelsea FC has now been completed.
Over £7000 has been raised for the Trust from the sale of
these shirts. We would like to say a big thank you to Chelsea for donating
the shirts and also to the Chelsea fans all over the world that have bought
them. |
