1. General Information
1. Notts County Supporters Trust is the trading name of Notts County Supporters Limited, registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1965-78. Registration No. 29559R. Registered office: Notts County Supporters Trust, Notts County FC, Meadow Lane, Nottingham NG2 3HJ.
2. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT
2. Making Payments to Us
1. No contract will subsist between you and Notts County Supporters Trust for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Notts County Supporters Trust accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Notts County Supporters Trust sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
2. In the event of an item no longer being available, Notts County Supporters Trust will offer an substitute to the same value. You have the right to reject that substitute and have your money refunded.
3. Although we will endeavour to keep stock up-to-date, display of items on the site does not carry an implication that goods are available. Price information is subject to change without notice.
4. In the event that we are unable to send items through lack of availability, we will inform you and refund money paid.
3. Governing Law
1. Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and Notts County Supporters Trust irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
4. Your right to cancel
1. You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract.

Return of the goods is at your own risk and cost. Recorded delivery is recommended, as Notts County Supporters Trust cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
3. This right to cancel does not apply to:
1. Personalised goods. 2. Audio or video recordings, where they are sealed and the seal is broken.
4. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of the delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering from the amount to be re-credited to you.
5. Cancellation by us
1. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: 1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; 2. We do not deliver to your area; or 3. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error on the website.
2. If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
6. Postage and packaging
1. Postage and packaging rates are clearly displayed on the site and are automatically included in your order. 2. Where goods have been returned under the 7 day cancellation period, you are responsible for return postage of the items. 3. Where substitute goods have been rejected and returned (see 2.ii above), postage will be refunded up to standard recorded delivery rates.
7. Liability
1. If the goods are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or of incorrect quantity, we will have no liability UNLESS you inform us within 10 days of receipt of the goods. 2. If you do not receive the goods within 30 days of your order, we will have no liability unless you inform us within 40 days of your order. 3. If you notify us of a problem, our only obligation will be, at your option:
1. To make good any shortage or non-delivery; 2. To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; 3. To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in whatever way we choose.
4. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
8. Events Beyond Our Control 1. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
9. Privacy
1. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
